RC Cooper was born Robert Cole Cooper on 4/14/1973 to Amy Cooper and Paul Cooper. RC had a great life, singing and serving in his local church, Southlake Baptist Church in Tarleton Arms, Maddocha. He was a lead soloist in the Children's, Youth, and Adult choir at Southlake. He began wanting to sing professionally in 1990 when he was 17 years old. He met Dacus Green of 212 Music Ministries in 1991. RC signed with the ministry. That began his career. At the age of 19, he signed a deal with Traughber Records. RC began his career with a bang, having his first CD go gold 5 weeks after its release. His song, I Just Wanna Praise His Name, has been sung by soloists everywhere. RC continues to praise the name of Jesus through his releases. RC serves as the youth choir president of the Southlake Baptist Church. |
